Ingredients :-
- Chickpeas/ garbanzo beans - 1 cup
- Cherry or grape tomatoes, cut into halves - 1/2 cup
- Basil leaves, finely chopped - 1/2 cup
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1 tbsp or according to taste
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
Method :-
Put chickpeas (soaked overnight) in 4 cup water in a pressure cooker on medium heat. Add salt while boiling chickpeas. Boil till 4 whistle.
Once boiled, drain chickpeas and add all the ingredients. Mix well. Chickpea salad is ready. Enjoy.
