Ingredients :-
- Blueberries - 5 ounce
- Raspberries - 10 to 15
- Thick yogurt/ Greek yogurt - 1 1/2 cup
- Honey - 3 tbsp
- Lime juice - 2tsp
- Walnuts - 5-8 (broken in small pieces )
- Lime zest - 2 tsp
Put Yogurt in one bowl and add 2 tbsp of honey and lemon zest into it. Mix it well.
In another bowl, take rest of the honey, walnuts and lime juice and mix properly. Add berries to this bowl and coat berries with lime and honey mixture.
Take one clear medium size glass and put half of honey and lime coated berries. Now use half of the yogurt and put it over the berries. Now add rest of the berries and finish this layering process with yogurt.
Your healthy evening snack is ready. Serve immediately otherwise the lime juice in yogurt will make this dish sour in taste.
* You can also use blackberries and strawberries in this recipe
