Ingredients :-
- Corn chips - 20 to 25
- Curd - 1/2 cup
- Tamarind Chutney - 8 tsp (easily available in Indian grocery store or you can make it at home)
- Potato - 1 (boiled)
- Tomato - 1 (medium size)
- Onion - 1 (medium size)
- Corn - 1/2 cup (boiled), optional
- Salt - according to taste
- Chat masala - 1 teaspoon
- Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Put chips in a large plate.
Add finely cut boiled potato, tomatoes, onions on top of chips.
Put boiled corn on top. Add Curd. Sprinkle salt, red chili powder and chat powder and finally pour tamarind chutney.
Mix only when you are eating, do not mix everything when you are making it.
Do not make this chat in advance otherwise chips will loose their crispiness because of curd. It hardly takes 5 mins to make this chat, so prepare it once you are ready to serve.
