Ingredients :-
- Mangoes -1 (You can use ready made mango pulp instead of mangoes.Easily available in Indian grocery store. Use 6 tbs in that case)
- Milk - 1 cup
- Curd - 4 tbs
- Sugar - 6 tbs
- Ice cubes - 6 to 7
Method :-
Take the pulp out of mangoes . Put all the ingredients in a mixer and select smoothie (or mix / shake) button. Mix all the ingredients until mangoes are mashed and the shake is uniform. Ensure that there are no chunks.
Pour the shake in glasses. Enjoy.
